A seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience Alan Aulson Jr. (AJ) has been working in construction since the early 90’s. AJ first started in construction working for his father Alan Sr., learning about, working on and eventually managing construction projects that ranged from $2,500 to $5mil. In August of 2008, The Aulson Company, LLC was formed. With a hands-on approach AJ and his management team have continued to grow Aulson, LLC into one of New England’s premier contractors. Working as a sub or general contractor on your project, AJ and his team will be there for you throughout the process.
Chad is Aulson’s Vice President of Sales, Estimating and Project Management. He has over 20 years of construction experience going back to the 90’s when Chad worked in the field on construction jobsites with AJ. Chad is a LEED® Accredited Professional who has managed some of Aulson’s largest and most notable projects with great success. Chad has succeeded on project deployment at various high profile projects including two phases of the US Capitol Building, Dome Restoration in Washington DC and the South Helix House Exterior Restoration at the US Navy Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station in Cutler, ME. Chad Manages multiple projects in primarily the Public/Government Sector where Aulson offers participation as both a Self-Performing Prime Contractor, or Subcontractor with Authorities such as DoD-USACE, MassDOT, MWRA, MBTA, MassPORT, and Municipalities including many local Cities and Towns.
James first started performing Asbestos Abatement 30 years ago. James started as a worker where he learned the valuable lessons needed to become a young Supervisor, progress to a Project Manager and now a Vice President at Aulson. He manages Aulson’s Asbestos group working closely with customers to ensure the successful completion of all the ongoing Abatement projects. James has succeeded on the completion of various high-profile projects. James’s group manages multiple projects in primarily the private commercial sector. Aulson offers participation as both a Self-Performing Prime Contractor or Subcontractor with Authorities, various management companies and many local Cities and Towns. James has grown with the industry and Aulson over the last 23 years to become a Key Team Member in the Aulson Organization.
George having over 35 years of experience in the industry, Joined Aulson in early 2017 as VP of the demolition division. George has successfully worked at all levels of the demolition industry from in the field to estimating/ project management & now senior management. George manages the demolition division of Aulson overseeing the estimating and project management staff as well as field operations, in addition to handling his long-time clients personally. With experience in all types & sizes of demolition projects and using a team first mentality which allows the demolition division to perform multiple size and scope projects simultaneously while working for both public & private clients.
Altin “Chris” Pocoli moved to the United States from Albania in the early 90’s with a Mater’s Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering. Chris has been in the construction field for 30 years and is Aulson’s Chief Estimator. He has estimated and upon successful award assisted with the management of projects ranging from small up to 20mil. Chris’s extensive construction experience, knowledge and attention to detail are brought to all the projects he works on and will be apparent throughout the process.
